Arias Family Fund

Hi there everyone,

Have received another email from Joann Ainsworth, THSAA Treasurer and Mom of Kathy Ainsworth Arias, your classmate. They are waiting to hear from FEMA about what and how they will receive assistance. The Red Cross has given them a few items and they are currently staying at the school that Kathy has been working at but that will change in a few days. Kathy and her husband, bless their hearts, will not ask for assistance from anyone but I WILL for them.
Torrance High School Alumni Association will be the collector for any donations to assist the Arias family. Please note that any donations (money, gift certificates) is strictly as a fellow classmates of Kathy, not a charitable donation, and therefore is not tax deductible. If you have already donated to a charitable organization, hopefully, Kathy and her family will indirectly receive help from that group. If you would like to send a check, money order, bank check, gift certificate to Kathy, please make them payable to KATHY ARIAS and mail to THSAA, Arias Family Fund, P. O. Box 535, Torrance, Ca, 90508.
We know that in time Kathy will get back to you but now is the time for us to step up and help out, one day this could be us. TARTAR THANKS for anything that you can assist with, even prayers, everything matters.
